Services
Whether you're planning your transformation or already underway - our modular services meet you where you are
Assessment and Diagnosis
Suitable for:
Organisations preparing for a digital transformation but aren't sure where to begin
Leadership teams who suspect there are skill or capability gaps but haven't yet named or prioritised them
C-Suite executives who want to make evidence-based decisions before committing to an implementation programme
Organisations who have previously started a transformation, struggled, and want to understand why before trying again
Any organisation that wants its leadership team aligned, committed and ready before the technology partner arrives
Define the gap - using your own evidence
Before you can close a gap, you need to know exactly where it is. And before you can act with confidence, you need your leadership team to agree on what the evidence is telling them.
Our Assessment & Diagnosis is a two-part process; a short digital maturity assessment followed by a facilitated diagnostic workshop, designed to give your organisation a clear, honest and collectively owned picture of where you stand before transformation begins.
The assessment itself takes less than an hour. It asks your team to pause and honestly reflect on your organisation's current capability across six core areas - purpose, people, planning, change, governance and technology. The findings become the foundation for everything that follows.
The diagnostic workshop is where the real work happens. Working from your own data, your leadership team identifies and prioritises the gaps that matter most, not through guesswork or assumption, but through structured, facilitated conversation that produces clarity, alignment and a concrete action plan.
By the end of the day, your organisation won't just know where the gaps are. You'll have agreement on who owns them and what to do about them.
The workshop covers:
A structured review of your digital maturity assessment findings
Facilitated gap identification and prioritisation using your own evidence and typical implementation partner expectation
Collaborative development of a future state map — a shared understanding and agreement of what success looks like for your organisation
Co-development of a prioritised action plan to address the gaps with clear owners, timelines and success criteria
Next steps - how the prioritised gaps will be addressed, who owns them, who else needs to be involved and a shared timeline
You’ll leave with:
Defined Digital Maturity Gaps - your readiness gaps defined, agreed and prioritised by likelihood and impact
A Future State Map - negotiated and agreed targets, success indicators and dependencies describing what implementation partner readiness looks like for your organisation
Gap Action Cards - a decision record, current status and agreed action summary for every gap identified, ready for you to build on by yourselves or as a key component of a MypeOwl readiness workshop.
Early identification of any additional resource or external support needs
A Shared Commitment - individual accountability commitments made by each leader in the room
A leadership team that is genuinely aligned on digital readiness requirements and the work to be done.
Readiness Workshops
Suitable for:
Organisations who have completed Assessment & Diagnosis and are ready to address their identified gaps
Teams who know something isn't quite right but need help turning insight into action
Organisations who want to start building genuine internal capability, rather than outsource their readiness to a third party
Any organisation that wants to engage with their technology partner prepared, aligned and ready to go
Bridge the gap - on your terms
No two organisations arrive at transformation the same way. Some have a clear purpose but undefined roles. Others have the people in place but no governance to speak of. The gaps that matter most to your organisation are unique to you and that's exactly how we treat them.
Our Readiness Workshops are designed and delivered to bridge the specific gaps identified during your Assessment & Diagnosis. Working across the core capability areas of any successful transformation - purpose, people, planning, change, governance and technology - we focus only on what your organisation actually needs, producing the critical outputs that will allow you to engage with your technology partner with confidence from day one.
These aren't off-the-shelf workshops. Every session is built around your findings, your priorities and your timeline.
Each workshop contains:
A facilitated session focused on one or more of your identified readiness gaps
Development of the Gap Action Cards created in the Assessment and Diagnosis workshop.
Review of gap future target state and success criteria
Root cause diagnosis and potential quick wins
Co-development of specific actions required to move forward, with named owners and agreed timeline
Practical working time to produce specific outputs not discussion for discussion's sake
Clear actions and ownership so momentum continues after the session ends
You’ll leave with:
Updated Gap Action Cards:
Problem diagnosis, root cause analysis and specific actions
A clear decision record for every decision and action
Ownership and accountability with a clear timeline
Decentralised clarity, alignment and ownership of the early stages of transformation
Accelerated change leadership and management
Confidence that you're addressing the critical groundwork needed for implementation to begin on solid foundations
The critical information required to engage meaningfully with your technology partner from day one
Capability Workshops
Suitable for:
Organisations who want to go beyond baseline readiness into genuine capability building
Teams preparing for specific aspects of implementation that require deeper expertise, such as agile delivery, governance or change leadership
Organisations who have identified a specialised gap that standard workshops won't fully address
Leaders who want their team to own the transformation, not just participate in it
Eliminate the gap - build lasting capability
Some capability gaps require more than a targeted workshop. When your organisation wants genuine hands-on experience in a specialised area to drive a real shift in how your people think and work, a Capability Workshop is a good solution.
These are custom-designed, immersive sessions built around a specific area where your team wants or needs more experience. Whether that's learning to write effective user stories, running a governance board with confidence, or building the kind of high-performing team dynamics across the business that sustain a transformation long after the technology partner has gone - we design the session around what will make the most difference for your people.
Building certain organisational capabilities can help you deliver your transformation, or leverage the new opportunities provided by your transformation to build a competitive edge.
The workshops are typically longer and more intensive than Readiness Workshops - and they're equally tailored. There is no standard curriculum. There is only what your organisation needs.
Each workshop contains:
A custom-designed, hands-on session in your chosen specialised area
Guided, practical application - participants do, not just listen
Business wide context setting and opportunity review
Real working scenarios relevant to your organisation
You’ll leave with:
Practical skills and experience your team can apply immediately
Actions and accountabilities to build and embed new organisational capabilities
Greater confidence and capability in a specialised area that previously felt uncertain
A team that is better equipped to lead and sustain transformation independently
ServiceNow Services
ServiceNow Showcase Sessions
See what’s possible before the decisions get made
Design workshops with your technology partner are where critical decisions get made. The organisations that get the most from them are the ones who already understand what their platform can do.
Without that foundation, teams can struggle to engage meaningfully, asking for custom solutions that already exist out of the box, or simply not knowing what's possible until it's too late to change course.
Our ServiceNow Showcase Sessions give your team a clear, visual understanding of ServiceNow's core out-of-the-box functionality, before a single design decision is made. This isn't training. It's a focused, expert-led demonstration of what's possible, delivered in plain language by a ServiceNow-accredited adoption specialist with a background in education.
Choose the applications most relevant to your implementation. Popular choices include Platform Analytics, Incident Management and Customer Service Management, but if it's on the ServiceNow platform, we can almost certainly showcase it. Each session runs one to two hours; short enough to fit into a busy program schedule, long enough to genuinely change how your team shows up in the room.
Suitable for:
Organisations in the early stages of a ServiceNow implementation before design workshops begin
Business and functional leaders who will participate in design workshops but have limited prior exposure to ServiceNow
Program sponsors who want to understand what they're investing in before committing to detailed design
Change and project teams preparing to engage with a ServiceNow technology partner
Organisations moving from a legacy system to ServiceNow who want to understand what changes for their people and processes
Organisations already underway who feel their team isn't fully engaging in design workshops. It's never too late to get everyone on the same page
Each session covers:
A guided demonstration of out-of-the-box functionality for your chosen application
Plain-language explanation of what ServiceNow does natively and where customisation genuinely adds value
Time for your team to ask questions and explore what they've seen
You’ll leave with:
Confidence to engage meaningfully in design workshops
The ability to distinguish between genuine customisation needs and existing functionality
Faster, more productive design workshops your team arrives as an informed participant, not a passenger
A clearer picture of where your current processes align with out-of-the-box capabilities and where they may need to evolve
An agreed list of focus areas and questions, so you walk into your design workshops with a clear agenda
Role-Based ServiceNow Training
Practical, people-first training built around how your teams actually work
ServiceNow’s own foundational training is excellent and if you have learning credits, using them is absolutely the right place to start.
But every organisation uses ServiceNow differently. When your teams work across custom applications or need training that reflects their specific role and day-to-day responsibilities, a more tailored approach fills the gap.
Our role-based end-user training is designed for the people who carry out their work on the ServiceNow platform, not system administrators or technical users, but the individuals who need to do their job confidently from day one.
Delivered by a ServiceNow-accredited training specialist with a background in education, every session is built around your configured instance and your people's real working context, so training lands, sticks and actually gets used.
Suitable for:
Organisations whose ServiceNow instance includes custom applications not covered by standard learning credits
Teams with distinct role-based workflows that require tailored training
Organisations who have exhausted their learning credits but still have training gaps
Programs where go-live is approaching and end-user confidence is a concern
Organisations who have already gone live but are experiencing low adoption or platform confidence
Each session covers:
Practical, hands-on training built around your configured ServiceNow instance
Role-specific workflows and tasks relevant to how each team actually works
Coverage of custom applications your official training may not address
Plain-language guidance that builds confidence without overwhelming
You’ll leave with:
End users who are confident and capable from day one
Role-specific training materials your team can refer back to
Reduced reliance on peer-to-peer knowledge sharing and workarounds
A workforce that gets genuine value from your ServiceNow investment
