About us
Sara and Pete have spent a combined 35 years on both sides of the transformation table.
Sara has led digital transformation programs from the technology partner side — driving adoption and building change capability for global organisations including Standard Chartered, ANZ Bank, NSW Health and Datacom, and coaching senior practitioners from Deloitte and EY on best practice change methodology. A qualified educator with certifications spanning change management, agile delivery and technology implementation, Sara specialises in bridging the gap between people and technology.
Pete has led transformation from the customer side — most recently as Head of Digital Transformation on a $30m program, rolled out to 130,000 users across a complex, multi-platform environment. With a career spanning delivery, operations and commercial management at a Fortune 500 and building small businesses from the ground up, Pete knows what it feels like to be the organisation that technology partners are delivering for. With an MBA in Change, he specialises in ensuring that solutions actually solve problems and make people’s day to day easier.
Together they built MypeOwl because they'd seen the same story play out too many times — organisations launching into transformation unprepared and paying the price.
Our values
Independence: We believe capability belongs inside your organisation — not with us. Our job is to help you build it, own it and sustain it. We're here to close the gap, not to fill it indefinitely. When you no longer need us, we've done our job.
Clarity: Transformation can be overwhelming. We strip it back to what actually matters — clear thinking, plain language and practical outputs your organisation can use immediately. No jargon. No unnecessary complexity. Just the clarity you need to move forward with confidence.
Honesty: We say what we mean and mean what we say. If we think we can help you, we'll tell you how. If we don't, we'll tell you that too — and point you toward someone who can. We'd rather lose an engagement than overpromise on one.
Integrity: We operate the way we ask our clients to operate — with purpose, accountability and genuine commitment to doing things right. We take on work we believe in, with organisations we respect, and we hold ourselves to the same standards we help others build. As a small business we also hold ourselves to broader ethical standards — in how we operate, who we partner with and how we show up in the world.
Partnership: We work with you, not for you. Your success is our success — and we mean that literally. We succeed when you no longer need us, which means we're only ever motivated by one thing: getting you to a place where you can lead your own transformation with confidence.
